New adventures and the launch of the Phoenix
In 2012, Carmelo entrusted development of the company to his son, Francesco, who decided to innovate the glue plotters, revolutionising them completely. And so it was that the glorious PHOENIX was born. 
From that point forward, the company invested all its energy in glue plotters and the world of cardboard, with a special focus on floor and counter display stands, pall boxes, crowner, Pos Pop Display, cases of various sizes, self-assembly boxes and sample cases. All situations that require hot and/or cold glue application became F SERVICE Automation’s domain.
2015
The launch of the Colibrì
2015 saw the arrival of the Colibrì, a more compact version of the glue plotter, designed to meet the needs of customers looking for a compact solution without compromising on the speed and precision for which F SERVICE Automation’s glue plotters were known.

2018
The international début
In 2018, F SERVICE plotters made their international début, which saw them installed in companies in Canada, the United States, Australia and even Puerto Rico.
2022
The new Phoenix!
2022 saw the new Phoenix enter large-scale production. The flagship glue plotter has been fully revamped, starting from the software, through to the drive system, and to the eye catching design, making it an even more attractive model because, let’s face it, looks count!
